Complete a secure online medical questionnaire, including symptoms, medical history, and photos when applicable.
Step 2: Provider Review
A licensed U.S. medical provider reviews your submission and determines the appropriate course of care.
Step 3: Care Plan & Next Steps
Receive medical guidance, treatment recommendations, or referral instructions.
If additional clarification is needed, the provider may request a phone or video follow-up.
Important Limitations
Submission-based telecare does not include a physical exam. Recommendations are based on theinformation you provide and any images submitted. Some conditions require in-personevaluation or testing. If symptoms worsen, you should seek in-person care.
