Important Limitations

Submission-based telecare does not include a physical exam. Recommendations are based on the information you provide and any images submitted. Some conditions require in-person evaluation or testing. If symptoms worsen, you should seek in-person care.

East Metro Telecare is a non-clinical management and marketing organization. Medical services are provided by independent, licensed U.S. physicians through a contracted clinical partner network. East Metro Telecare does not practice medicine and does not interfere with provider clinical judgment.
